SALES OF SCRAP IRONS, USED FURNITURES & REDUNDANT ITEMS AT VALAICHCHENAI PAPER MILLS

Sealed Bids are invited by the Chairman, Tender Committee, National Paper Company Limited for the sale, mentioned in the bid form attached herewith.

Tender Documents could be obtained till 14.00 hours,11th October 2019 from Sales Manager National Paper Company 61, Stratford Avenue Colombo 5 or Asst. Manager Valaichchenai Paper Mills , Valaichchenai until 15,00 hours, 09th October 2019 on payment of non refundable tender fee of One Thousand Rupees (Rs.1000.00) in cash for each lot. Quotations shall be deposited in the Tender Box available in the National Paper Company Ltd at No 61, Stratford Avenue, Colombo 5, or send under registered cover to be received before the deadline 14.30 hours , 11th October 2019. All the Quotations should be mentioned on the top left hand corner of the envelope. |

Quotations will be closed and immediately opened at 14.30 hours on 11th October 2019 in the presence of the bidders at 61, Stratford Avenue, Colombo 5. Those who have submitted quotations or their nominated representatives could be present at the time of opening of the Bids. |

All Bids will be deem to be valid for a period of 60 days from the date of closing of this Tender. |

All items will be available for inspection at the Valaichchenai Paper Mills up to 09th October 2019 between 9.30 am to 3.30 pm. An officer will be available at the Mills Premises. / Contact Numbers - 075 4698135 / 0759885020

All Payments should be made in cash to the Accountant National Paper Company within 10 days from the date of the letter awarding the tendered item or items. All goods to be removed within 10 days after making the payments.

The decision of the Tender Board shall be final.
